When choosing designers, we considered specialists with experience in our residential complex and those recommended by friends. In the end, we chose ARROOM because we liked their deadlines, loyalty, and understanding from the first conversations, as well as their clear schedule and adherence to agreements.
Our expectations were met 100%. We immediately discussed the concept, style, materials, and furniture. There were many layout options, and we quickly chose the most suitable one.
I especially liked how well-thought-out the interior was. The kitchen and living room were successfully zoned with decorative partitions, and the laundry room was designed with a retractable ironing board, all of which were carefully concealed. I also liked the idea of a play area in the children's room, the mirrored door for the electrical panel, the insulated balcony that became a full-fledged living area, and the beautiful corrugated partition in the master bathroom.
We had the goal of creating plenty of storage space, and the result was excellent, with ample storage options. I would like to highlight that the team always found solutions and alternatives. For example, we spent a long time searching for a unique shade of parquet flooring. When the chosen sample began to turn yellow, the team took immediate action by double-checking with suppliers and offering alternative solutions.
There were some challenges with the contractors during the renovation process, but the team kept the situation under control. The main stages were completed within the agreed deadlines, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. I can now say that I am completely satisfied with the interior, as nothing bothers me or requires any changes.
